Chakras are vital centres of organisation for the reception, assimilation, and expression of life force energy. They exist at the deepest core of you, managing your energy according to your core programming. But how do you work directly with that energy to heal, balance, and awaken your chakras, and thereby enhance your life force?
Working through the path of the body, using tools from Bioenergetics, Core Energetics, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga, and Anodea Judith’s signature Chakra Therapy, this training will give you a foundation for working with "Charge" or the body's basic life force. You will learn how the chakras manage your charge, how past experiences of abuse and neglect influence that charge, and how to release blocked charge for a better flow of aliveness and awakening. Learn to unlock defence patterns within each chakra with dynamic exercises that address the issues in your tissue.
Topics covered include: • The energetics of charging and discharging • The formation and dissolution of body armour • Chakras and childhood development • Chakras and character structure • Dynamic exercises for each chakra • Balancing excess and deficiency in the chakras • Expanding the comfort zone • Working with trauma and PTSD
Tuition includes a comprehensive manual. This course is a prerequisite to Anodea Judith’s Advanced Chakra Therapy training.
