Sacred Centers Professional Certification provides training for professionals to expand expertise, develop mastery, and apply this material to their scope of practice. Students complete the Co-Heart curriculum and choose a specialization track: Sacred Centers Teacher or Sacred Centers Healer. Students will confer with the Certification Coordinator concerning foundational training required, such as yoga teacher training for the teacher track, or psychotherapy training for the healing track. Choosing one track does not exclude a student from studying in other tracks.

Sacred Centers Teacher

Professional Level: 200 Series

Sacred Centers Teachers have the ability to carry this work into the world and teach the core curriculum on their own. This requires the ability to teach yoga asanas and pranayama, conduct guided meditations, handle group energy effectively, conduct basic ceremonies, and be well versed in the material and able to communicate it effectively to others. Sacred Centers Teachers are expected to walk their talk and conduct themselves in a manner that reflects well on the work – in mind, body, and spirit. Prerequisites for the Teaching Track include competency to teach yoga asanas through certification in an approved yoga teacher training or suitable equivalent at the 200 hour level.

Certified Sacred Centers graduates have the ability to carry this work into the world both through teaching the SC core curriculum on his or her own, and through their own integration of the material, within their professional focus and expertise. Graduate teachers are not limited to teaching SC curriculum but only classes within the standard SC curriculum are eligible for student certification.

Requirements for completion of this specialization are as follows:
I. Sacred Centers Teacher Requirements (Co-Heart Level):
Completion of Co-Heart (Introductory) classes:

**You can also choose to take 7 KEYS TO TRANSFORMATION or 7 MONTH CHAKRA AWAKENING INTENSIVE: Opening the Windows to the Soul instead of taking *101 – SEVEN WINDOWS TO THE SOUL

The above courses meet the qualifications for the above listed hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Sciences. CEU's subject to change - depending on location of workshop and days/hours given.

Reading requirements
Other Requirements:
  • $49 application and $500 certification fee or $20/month until graduation. Make a payment
  • Yoga teacher certification from approved school (at least 200 hours)
II. Sacred Centers Teacher Requirements (Professional Level):
Completion of Professional track classes:
203 - Special Project

A special project is required of all Certification students in order to graduate. Each student’s special project should combine his/her unique passion and interests with the Sacred Centers material in a way that enhances an understanding of both. A special project can be research, case studies, class plans, a creative endeavor, such as music or art, or anything else that is approved of by a student’s advisor.
The project needs to:

  • Show original thinking
  • Enhance the body of knowledge about chakras and/or energy dynamics/yoga/character structures.
  • Have the ability to be shared amongst other students (video tapes or recordings are acceptable)

Other Requirements:
      • Assisting at SEVEN WINDOWS TO THE SOUL and 1 other class of your choice
      • Attend at least one IMMERSION and demonstrate ability to teach yoga
      • Supervision where appropriate
      • Finances up to date

Sacred Centers Healer

Professional Level: 300 Series

Sacred Centers Healers are skilled and effective practitioners who integrate the chakra system into their healing modalities as psychotherapists, bodyworkers, energyworkers, and healers of all kinds. Graduates learn to work with clients using disciplines that span body, mind, and spirit, within their existing scope of practice. Students immerse themselves in both Sacred Centers and other relevant trainings.

Requirements for completion of this specialization are as follows:

General Information:

Pertinent to all Specializations
Co-heart Kin-dom and Guidance

When a student is complete with their enrollment materials, the Program Coordinator will contact them to set up an initial session. This will include learning about the program’s offerings, classes, requirements, as well as focusing on a student’s learning goals. It is potentially a good time for asking questions, setting intentions, receiving guidance and focus. Within 1-2 months of enrolling, students will be given an opportunity to join a coheart kin-dom, a small group of students who are moving through the program approximately at the same time and rate as they are. This will provide support, co-learning, personal and professional growth and potential collaboration. In addition, Sacred Centers will be offering regularly scheduled tele-classes for students to deepen their learning.

How Will You Benefit:

Sacred Centers Graduates integrate their learning into their professional lives as yoga teachers, psychotherapists, bodyworkers, and coaches. Graduates can advertise their practices on our referral page, list their classes under graduate events, and publish articles on the website. In addition, each student becomes part of an ongoing community of Sacred Centers Co-Hearts, connected through periodic conference calls, meetings, and collaboration on projects. This powerful connection to the Sacred Centers community deepens students’ engagement with the chakra model, assists them in their unfolding mission in the world, and provides an opportunity for inspiring and empowering each other.

Each Professional Track Student receives initial and ongoing personal guidance throughout the program and priority consideration to assist in Sacred Centers courses.

All certification students who have paid their $500 fee or are on a payment plan, will receive 50% off on all teleclasses hosted by Sacred Centers!

Completing the Sacred Centers Certification Program is an organic process that offers profound personal growth. We take time to personally interview each applicant, so your fee covers this cost. PLEASE NOTE: If you have applied for the Co-heart Certification, you will NOT need to pay the $49 professional application fee. In other words, you only pay the $49 application fee once.
