This “CLUB" brings together 7 (Seven) 1 ½ hour monthly teleclasses with 28 weekly provocative and inspiring emails. Whether you choose a single month or the entire program (7 mths for price of 5) be prepared for transforming yourself as well as the world one chakra at a time.

• Learn how to connect with your chakras energetically
• Experience chakra-specific techniques utilizing journaling, meditation, yoga and other healing postures
• Assess each chakra’s excesses, deficiencies, and learn how to balance them, integrating personal practices for you to experience increased joy, creativity, and fulfillment

In addition, each month you will receive four weekly emails, applying that chakra to:

Week 1: Mind/Psychology

Week 2: Body/health

The details:

• 1.5 hour monthly group tele-classes equipped with small group breakout capability
• Every participant can experience deeper connection in groups of 2 -4 each teleclass
• 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month beginning January 20th at 4:00-5:30 pacific, 7:00- 8:30 eastern
• $30 each month, $150 for all 7 months (7 classes for price of 5)
• Each month focuses on one chakra, detailing its key attributes and qualities, ways to strengthen, deepen, balance
• Opportunity to get connected with a “chakra buddy” whom you can connect with to share your experiences, questions, keep you on track and be accountable to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Program Format: The program includes seven monthly telephone classes. These are held over the phone and participants need to dial into a long distance number each month for 90 minutes. We have found a very inexpensive way to do this with www.pennytalk.com. These are NOT local classes and you would need to check the time zone you are in to see when the live telephone classes are held. Use the world clock website —http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ checking for 4:00 pm pacific to compute your time zone adjustment whether you are in the USA or abroad.

How it works: When you register, you will receive an email directing you to the teleconference site. There you will receive a phone number and a custom pin to use for calling in at the appointed class time. We will handle the rest, including break out sessions and questions. You do not need a computer to be on the call, just a telephone. You do need a computer to receive the emails and designated phone numbers. The teleclasses meet the 3rd Wednesday of the month and every week you will receive an email related to the month’s chakra with additional suggestions for keeping your practice on track, enhancing your personal learning and ways to balance your chakras.

If you need to miss a class (or more than one): The teleclasses will be recorded for participants to download and listen to on their own time. Only paid participants will have this opportunity. You won’t be able to ask a question in real time, but you can email us with your question and we can try to address it (no guarantees).
